1. Assembly Point: All participants are requested to gather at the barangay community center by 8:00 AM. Volunteers, including barangay officials, residents, and local organizations, are encouraged to join in this eco-friendly initiative.
2. Briefing and Training: Before heading to the planting site, a short briefing session is conducted to provide participants with information about the importance of tree planting, the types of trees to be planted, and proper planting techniques. Experts from the local environmental office share insights on the environmental impact of the activity.
3. Tree-Planting Site: The chosen site for the tree-planting activity is a designated area in the barangay outskirts that needs reforestation. Participants will travel to the site by organized transport or carpooling.
